Prior to our public art tour, Erica mentioned the story of the controversy surrounding some dragon heads that were installed in Chinatown back in 2007.

Thanks for the extra info. NOw that I have read what it was - its amazing with all the back-and-forth that went between the artist and the art group, that they didn't once think to bring in someone from the Chinese community to have their say. I can see why they would find it offensive, but I can also see where the artist was coming from.
