Idiolect

I, also, have been looking around for more information about the term idiolect.


While I was searching, I came across an interesting website about Sculpture artist James Hampton.



It seems that :



"James Hampton left behind a diary in a secret writing. Signs and labels on objects also contain this script. The script has never been deciphered. "




The signs from his writing were seen continually within his artworks.


The assumption is that his writing was created in an altered state of consiousness.
